“Excellent breakfast and very helpful reception staff. Hotel is in a central location to the main sites of interest.”
“This is the third time I accommodate a tour group (from Finland) at this hotel, and I see no reason to change this for the future. The hotel location is great near Kirov Park and the river bank, it is spacious with a comfortable lobby, all sorts of services including souvenir shops and several restaurants. Next to the hotel is a large 24h supermarket with everything you need, including ATM. The standard rooms are not luxurious but good enough. Staff is helpful and nice.”
“We expected WIFI and AC but there was non. The beds were cots. I have not slept on a "bed" like this except when camping. We asked for new rooms but we're offered seperate rooms for me and my husband....really?”
“Location is very good. Transportation is good. I could go many places by tram, trolly, and taxi, and also by walk. Breakfast was not bad. There are a market by the hotel so I could bought some gifts at a low price.”
“There is a big beautiful park with fountain in front of this hotel. Staff are very kind and friendly. Location is good.”
“Location is very good. There are market, book store and mobile center near by this hotel. And transportation is good. I can go many place by bus, taxibus(маршрутка). Also can walk. Room was not big, but everyday cleaned. Breakfast was normal.”
“Park side view - was lovely at night! Breakfast buffet was good.”
“The staff speak good English, attentive and are always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality. The receptionist can help to call Taxi and the fare is fair. On each floor, there is a staff to assist you. You luggage could be stored with a small fee. The London Club is perfect for both the food and service. The location is excellent for a walking self-tour.”
“The breakfasts were generous and the concierge on our floor were very sweet and made up for the surly reception staff.”
“The hotel and hotel room were adequate but for the price we expected more.”
