“The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was big and had everything one would need. The place has also a restaurant, where we had dinner, and the food was extremely good at a very reasonable price.”
“Agreeable owner. Very pleasant room, tasty dinner.”
“Good place for a night on the Sentier Cathare. Having incorrectly advised us that breakfast was available early, the owner went to a lot of trouble to prepare us a breakfast supply box to take to our room. We appreciated his effort and willingness to solve the problem.”
“Bed comfy. Clean but basic room. Beautiful view. Great location!! The restaurant was absolutely fantastic!!”
“Perfect for a one night stop over on our road trip,as they also have a lovely bar& restaurant - don't go any where else- lovely continental breakfast.”
“Excellent location in the village of Cucugnan which lies between the chateaux of Queribus. and Peyrepetuse. Sunny terrace and nice clean room with comfortable beds. Host has a dry sense of humour, and was helpful and friendly. Good, fresh food in restaurant. You can walk to Queribus from the hotel, but if you do take the steep 'grande randonnee' path (indicated by the red and white stripes) do take water and do make sure you don't do it in the early afternoon when sunny as it is exposed and will be very hot. There is an alternative less strenuous path (yellow markings). Great to arrive at Queribus on foot, and you can buy water etc. there. The valley is peaceful and beautiful with lots of walks through the vineyards. Peyrepetuse is incredible, but do wear sensible footwear with a good grip, as the path to access the chateau from the ticket office is north facing and steep - but most definitely worth it!”
“La viennoiserie sortait du micro onde après congélation”
“L'accueil très sympa du patron et les conseils qu'il nous a donné”
“Bonne situation géographique, à quelques minutes seulement des châteaux cathares. Super petit- déjeuner et excellent restaurant!”
“Tout était super, de plus propriétaire très sympathique aux petits soins avec les clients. Surtout ne pas "zapper" le petit déjeuner...”
