“Check-in, bar and diningroom staff were very helpful and friendly. Scallop and shrimp rosemary skewers with risotto were excellent. Room is perhaps a bit old fashioned in style, but very clean and comfy. Return airport shuttle picked me up right outside my door, was prompt and quick.”

“Waited one hour 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. Was raining when we got to the hotel, the hotel is in four buildings with no covered walk ways. Room was very hard to find. Sorriest Best Western Hotel I have ever stay in. Had no concern for you as a guest. Will never stay there again. Way over priced.”

“I HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY BEFORE AND IT IS EXCELLENT. THIS TIME WAS NOT GOOD. SHOWER DRAIN BACKED UP WHILE I WAS SHOWING AND IT WAS DIRTY WATER AROUND MY FEET. UPON CHECK OUT I MENTIONED THE PROBLEM TO THE CLERK, SHE GAVE THE MAINTENANCE MAN A NOTE AND TOLD HIM TO CHECK ON IT. SHE NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY OR ANY PROFESSIONAL COURTSEY. GAVE ME THE BILL AND SAID GOOD BYE. THE CHECK-IN CLERK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.”

Within walking distance you can find various supermarkets and Millbrae BART station from which it was very easy to reach the centre of San Fransisco. Our hotel room was clean, comfortable and had a fridge along with air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful both on reception and the breakfast room. Continental breakfast is available and whilst quite limited in choice it was perfectly acceptable. Would recommend this hotel which is easy enough to get to from SFO airport.”
