“I was put into a handicap room with no tub and the shower drained all over the floor instead of into the drain. I did not complain. The room is very dark and the exhaust fan is really noisy. Sound travels thru the floor very well, so the man snoring above me was annoying. The refrigerator makes an annoying noise when you are trying to sleep. The parking lot is well lit for safety.”
