“All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were advised of the local restaurants that offered discounts if you were staying at the hotel. When we asked we were advised of places of interest for our travel back home. The hotel manager even remembered my granddaughter saying she played softball. That was a very nice personal touch. The room was very clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool was clean and easy to get to. Parking was very convenient.”

“Check in was a breeze and the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was well arranged and I loved having a sofa for additional seating. The bed was a dream! Soooo comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast provided just what we needed to start our day. The hostess worked quietly and efficiently to keep tables clean and food plentiful. She had a beautiful smile and was very friendly and accommodating. Check out was a breeze as well. Over all, the staff was super friendly and attentive. Our stay was wonderful and if ever in the area again, I will most definitely stay again. Biggie of the stay was seeing the logo change as the new BW sign was erected. Thanks!”
