“Nice breakfast. Spacious lobby and nice restaurant inside hotel. Good wi-fi access in room and hotel premises. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and easy access to taxi services. Enjoyed the proper tea set to brew local famous tea (complimentary) in room. Foreign currency exchange at front desk. Maps available in English and other languages.”
“The staff were really great and helpful and super friendly. When checked in we had an issue with the rates, as the hotel rates were higher than the bookings (more than the 15% service and tax charge), we showed it to one of the receptionists and they accepted our original rates with no problem or fuss. It was also a Chinese public holiday and Hangzhou was PACKED with people, it was literally impossible to get a taxi, big thanks to Tina the receptionist for helping us every time we needed to get a taxi.”
