Our first room had a broken AC and she immediately switched us to another room that was right beside of the rest of our family in the next room over. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and again very clean.”

“Great hotel experience! Clean; great shower; very comfy bed; and friendly/helpful staff! Lots of little extras, like 24 hour/day coffee and snacks from 6:00-8:00pm. In the evening, they willingly turned on the lights, in the breakfast area, so we could use the tables to play cards. Outside grounds were well kept. Upon check out, our bill was about $30 higher than the price quoted by Booking.com (first time that ever happened), and the staff (whose name escapes me) went the extra mile to fix it. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will be traveling in this area!”
“Loved the hotel staff, all were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to everything we wanted to go to, and shopping at Florence Mall was wonderful. Our room was clean, neat, and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of items and fresh coffee. Overall great value for the price and will stay there again when in the area.”
