“I was in Monroe because of family member in CMC Monroe The hotel is off the main road about a block so there is no street noise and only a few minutes from the hospital and any type of eating establishment. The room and bathroom were VERY clean. My only interaction with the staff was the morning shift. Kelli was very pleasant and accomodating. The continental breakfast exceeded most hotels”

“The bed was extremely comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The desk person was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as we overslept so can't comment on that. And we honestly don't know what types of places surrounded the property, as we really weren't looking for restaurants, stores or the like.”

“Sometimes I like to get away and look at different areas of North Carolina. What brought me to come to Monroe NC was the fact that I'm thinking about purchasing a home in this location. So after making several trips through booking.com I found this location. Oh my Goodness the young lady at the front desk was polite and very attentive into getting me into my room. My wait was not very long. Once in my room I was very pleased the room was very clean and with just a little adjustment to the temperature very welcoming. I was able with no problem have several choices of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. i could not believe how quiet and peaceful which was extremely important to me as well as safety and comfort. The following morning woke up and went and had breakfast in the lobby and I was totally impressed the selection was amazing you had so many choices. I cannot wait for my return visit to this location.”
