“From checking in, (great staff at desk) they made us feel totally comfortable while traveling with our doggie, Daisy. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times. Wonderful breakfast.”
“We enjoyed Oak Harbor and Whidbey Island from the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good for a chain hotel.”
“A very noisy Navy base next door where fighter jets fly at all hours and set off car alarms. Staff called room to tell us to leave (we thought check out at noon, they claimed 11). They handed us our invoice as we walked through the lobby to put luggage in the car..not very friendly.”
“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and very clean - everything about this hotel was clean. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. It was pretty quiet. Late checkout was accommodated at $15/hr which was perfect for us. Good breakfast.”

“Breakfast was very good, nice variety, friendly and helpful staff.”
“Friendly staff, they were very helpful and accommodating! Clean and comfortable room. Very happy that they made our bed, even though we were staying 2 nights. Pop machine was not working, staff apologized for the inconvienece and reimbursed us. Great location, easy access! We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay there again!”
“Very comfortable room. And very helpful staff. Appreciated special help getting a handicapped room for my husband. It was equipped with safety bars and great couch and chairs with strong arms. That really helped my my husband get up. Would suggest putting in a step in shower. Otherwise great place to stay. Thank you”
“The staff was great & fact that they were available was fabulous with my later arrive and odd schedule. Cookies were a nice touch (but bad for my waistline!! HA!) Location was great for what I needed to do. I shall return in the future BUT will walk through room first.”
