“as some light refurbishment was taking place, i was given an immediate upgrade, which I was very pleased to accept, the room had a much larger T.V and filled all of my needs with a compact area consisting of a kettle coffee tea (three different varieties) an iron with ironing board, hair drier room to hang clothes and a mini fridge with two bottles of spring water still and carbonated, breakfast was two choices a full delicious English cooked breakfast ,or porridge with orange or grapefruit juice with fresh yogurt and fruits and berries ,the staff were welcoming and very helpful, also more de lux rooms will be available in January next year,all in all it was a very pleasant Hotel to stay at. i would give it 10 out of 10.”

“Renovations are well underway to give the rooms and reception areas more of a design and boutique feel and less traditional seaside hotel .The room we stayed in was very well done , big comfy bed and modern look without being minimalist .It was just a bit on the hot side in the room , so we openeed the window Breakfast was tasty , staff were friendly and helpful . The owner went out of his way to help - for example as there were few guests the next day we left the car whilst we did another all day section of the coastal path .He and the staff wnat to help and welcome you”
