“1. Lunch Buffet was awesome 2. The servers were friendly. They were very attentive 3. Staff was exceptional 4. Rooms on street side - you can hear the taxis honking 5. Rooms on non-Street side are a lot quieter 6. I was in three different rooms over my stay. Two of the rooms the hot and cold water controls We're hit and miss, never predictable. They should replace all of the controls for the showers like this. This was my biggest complaint. 7. The last room had just a simple hot and cold control, nothing extra. It was the best of the three, it was on the street side of the hotel 8. I really like the staff, the security people that would waive the taxi down for me, generally everybody was exceptional 9. The pool area was nice and had a Jacuzzi. And actually the showers in the pool area were better than the showers in the hotel rooms. 10. I like this place better than the Mandarin Hotel which is competitively price and across the street. I stayed there for a couple of nights 11. I booked my rooms on sites like Orbitz and Agoda, The prices vary each day could be as much as 20%. 12. Everybody always smileD, I never felt unwelcome, and I would definitely come here again.”
