Petra (the waitress) was thoughtful enough to bring my children hot chocolate even when I forgot! Their attention to detail is amazing. and Rosenda (also at the breakfast) everyday manages to remember exactly how I like my eggs and coffee! I could go on about each member off staff from the reception to other waiters to the director of the property, because each is nicer than the other and only want to serve you.”
