“Lovely (big) hotel with a Tibetan theme within. The hotel appeared to be fairly new, modern and was definitely comfortable. However, it lacked, to us, any "Tibetan" charm which is what we expected from reading the promos. Room was spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was superb - plenty of everything.”

“The hotel is beautiful and so are the rooms. The room is huge and very comfortable. Arriving from the airport, take airport bus 2 going to north railway station. Has a stop 50 meters from the hotel. Great place to go see the pandas”

“i love the style of the hotel. People are so friendly. The buffet was outstanding. The buffet includes, wine, beer, steam boat, yummy food, variety of international food to choose from. Also exotic food to discover, such as frog legs, snail, rabbits and yak meat. Very friendly and professional service. Clean and very unique culture. Manager is very flexible with customers. Example My flight was at night. The manager let me check out until 2pm when the standard check out time was 12pm. Manager knows his value return customer. I will recommend family and friends to stay at this hotel.”
