“The hotel is beautiful with lots of history. The restaurant had amazing food, about €50 for three course meal. The hotel is relaxing and there are lots of sights to visit in surrounding area. It's not a destination in itself so I would highly recommend renting a car! There are great restaurants nearby serving set three course menus for around €20. About a 10 min drive from Carcassonne, this place was a great spot to see the city but then escape to the country for the evening! The staff was so lovely and helpful and they gave me an upgrade when I arrived.”
