“I shouldn't be so positive because now everyone will want to reserve here...! We have been 3 times this year and love it. The Château is cozy, charming, and clean. The staff are each lovely and treat their guests very well. The restaurant is excellent and each time we have an exceptional meal, featuring seasonal and local ingredients - and the wine list is a genuine pleasure as well. Our girls love coming here - and so do we!”

“Chateau Saint Sabine is a magnificent place to stay and relax. The staff is incredibly attentive ,the food is spectacular and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable(including bathroom equipped with great showers and very efficient air conditioning) .have a drink before dinner on the terrace and enjoy the view of neighborhood Chateauneuf village and deers roaming freely.”

“The chateau itself was absolutely beautiful. The facilities are superb and the welcome from all the staff members was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. We had a lovely meal in the evening, drinks on the terrace to start. The menu had lots of choice, in fact we had trouble choosing. The wine list was excellent. The presentation was beautiful. Breakfast was also well presented with lots of choice hot or cold. As you can tell we were very impressed and we will without a doubt return but next time stay longer to be spoilt and the area is just lovely, we want to explore more.”
