“Very grand old building! There were elegant furnishings throughout, reflecting the considerable history (Foch, Haig, George V), especially WW1. There were also contemporary rooms - mine was Moulin Rouge! The room was beautifully furnished, if perhaps a little short on lighting! The gardens and grounds are magnificent!”
