Good in room decor - obviously some thought has been put into the colours to make the room feel light and airy. Coffee in room and a steamer to heat up dishes which could be purchased. Easily accessible by car. Large free public car park just opposite. Views over the town (see photo)”
“Really pleasant chap who runs the place who speaks English very fast and is incredibly helpful re where to eat what to look at etc. There is a lovely area at the back for breakfast which is a full on feast! Tea making kit in the room too is a bonus. Comfy beds. Parking area just across the street.”

“The two guys managing the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. You get good customer service most places these days, but this hotel was way better than good. Breakfast good, great choice. Everything really clean. A real bonus was an outstanding quality of decoration and everything looked as if it had been chosen with care. Lovely views from the restaurant over the river. Loads of information in reception and not the usual well-thumbed and neglected stuff. Hotel was 10 out of 10! We'd never visited Douarnenez and it was a great location. We'll be going back soon. Also, it was a lovely drive back to Roscoff and the WBS wine store on the approach to Roscoff (the one with the red bus outside) was brilliant as always. Brittany Ferries deal was a bargain and on board food/drink/service as good as usual. If in doubt ... go (you won't be disappointed.”
