“The room is clean and tidy, and the view from the room is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful and their English is good. They provided excellent service. I arrived before checking hours and I had to deposit my luggage at the hotel, including a melon I bought fromthe supermarket. When I returned in the afternoon, the luggage had been delivered to my room and the melon was already in the fridge of my room. If you have any questions about Osaka, such as city site seeing, and how to get to the airport, just ask the staff, they are very helpful.”
