“It's ruddy spotless being less than 1 year old. Not too far to walk to the tram and much less to the bus but it's less frequent. Brekkie is good but better to get there early, stuff runs out but gets replaced eventually. It's cheaper than the companion Comfort hotel just down the road, which is real close to the tram stop but more convenient for restaurants. The Chinese buffet, just outside the gate, was great. The car park is locked at night.”
