“The staff were very efficient and humane. For example, when we asked to change the room as the room next to us was a bit noisy, the staff gladly did that for us; when we requested to extend for checkout, the staff fulfilled our request. They were very attentive. The hotel also provide free shuttle bus to the mall nearby, which is an added value. The breakfast was good too! I can see the staff were very motivated to serve and because of that, it's definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed in our 1 month trip in North America. I'd highly recommend Comfort Inn Randolph to anyone who wants comfort, excellent service and great value for a happy stay.”
