“Was put it in a room next to the stairs- was so loud all night. Kids/adults were screaming through hallway until 10pm on first floor. Above us sounded like they were rearranging furniture. Our heater sounded like an airplane taking off and could explode at any time. It was also leaking water so the rug was soaked. Although it was very clean, the rest of the experience will keep me away from this hotel.”
