“The gentleman on duty was extremely helpful in "Bookings" failure. I contacted Booking to upgrade my room and was sent confirmation that it had been taken off. Upon arriving and walking into the room I found that it had not. I checked with service desk and no notifications had been received to make the upgrade arrangements. Luck would have it that there was only one room left to meet my specific arrangements. I am very skeptical in planning my next reservations with Booking and I also found out the rate Booking gave me was not discounted. I paid the same price as if I would have walked in off the street.”
“I cannot believe you suggest "were the eggs fluffy"...they were precooked to cardboard finish and were standing on their side in a non refrigerated container....better to say "WHERE were the eggs?" Better thing to say "WHERE WAS THE BREAKFAST PROMISED?”
