“Jennifer was the person working at the front desk and managing breakfast for all of the guests who were coming and going and trying to have breakfast from 7 AM until 10 AM. This was a completely unreasonable task for one person! We had to wait quite a while to have any breakfast since most things had been emptied out while she was efficiently and kindly assistIng people at the front desk. Throughout she was apologetic and kind as we acknowledged that what she was trying to do was a two person job! Management please take notice of her hard work and your staffing decisions to have only one person do this job!”
