“Everything about this Drury Hotel was excellent, from the staff, the food,the beverages, the rooms to the location! A special thanks to Ken at the front desk! We arrived in Santa Fe after dark and got lost. We called the hotel for directions. Ken stayed on the phone and directed us, block by block, until we reached the hotel! All staff members were very friendly and helpful. We attribute this to Keith, the General Manager, who sets an example for his staff. This hotel should serve as an example of exemplary service for other hotels to follow! The breakfast buffet and the evening buffet with cocktails far surpassed our expectations! “The full breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Plus, the early evening Kickback, as they call it, could serve as a full dinner if you wanted it to. Many options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed that the coffee and popcorn stations we're open till 10 p.m. Also, the outside balcony on the second floor with the fireplace was a great place to end the day. The location was perfect for the most important locations in town. We literally walked everywhere. Can't say enough good things about this property. I'll go back.”
