“The staff was excellent. They upgraded us to a room with an arch view for free. The front desk was training a person so it took an extra 5 minutes which was not a big deal. They gave me free parking and each of my kids a present for the inconvenience which wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The room was awesome with a great view of the arch. The pool area was excellent and clean. Breakfast was awesome. I have nothing negative to say about this place.”
