“We stayed in the corner suite. The best room for 270 degree views of the mountains. Wow! The views were nothing short of amazing! I love our robes and slippers, and the layout of the room was great. Gorgeous heritage look. We will stay again in the winter time. Staff were very friendly and polite.”
“Able to park at hotel and check in early. Location was fantastic and a gorgeous hotel. Had dinner there that evening and was excellent, breakfast also to a very high standard. Birthday gift of chocolate strawberries a very nice surprise and yummy! Also able to use facilities of sister hotels. We had high tea which was fantastic and worth the cost. This was my second trip to Blue Mountains and April is a good time to come, much less crowded”

“Unfortunately we had a zero view as the beautiful mist in the Blue Mountains made an appearance for our entire weekend. Such a shame as the view is the particular reason we went. Still a wonderful place to stay. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff couldn't have done more for us. Sitting around the fire was so romantic and comfortable. We met some wonderful people. Thoroughly recommend staying here for a special occassion.”
“This was a brilliant place to stay to escape the busy-ness of life back in Sydney. The staff were polite and friendly, the room we stayed in was spacious, well-presented and offered a vista of Jamison Valley, the two breakfasts we had had available several of our favourites (buttermilk pancakes, omelettes, eggs Benedict, big breakfast). The hotel was fully booked but it didn't feel like it was with the lobby, corridors and restaurant feeling relaxed and comfortable. Access to the amenities and facilities of sister hotel, Lilianfels, meant that we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything! Will definitely be choosing to stay here in future!”
