Important Notice
- Please note that the hotel has a rural location inside a nature reserve, where there are no street names. Therefore the use of Sat Nav devices is not recommended when trying to reach the hotel. The easiest route is to take the A22-33 via Barbate or Caños de Meca. The first sign to the hotel is half-way between these two towns.

“El Palomar de la Breña is located between Barbate and Canos de Meca, it was no problem to find it. The beaches are accessible by car in reasonable time. It is old, nice, romantic hacienda in the middle of forest. The staff was very kind, we have received map and advice how to get to Vejer. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was sufficient. During hot days there is also available nice swimming pool. Interesting to see is dovecote (palomar).”
“Quiet place only 10 minutes from the summer holiday activities at the coast . Beautiful hacienda situated in a nature reserve. Simple and basic room, but clean with everything you need . The restaurant was really good- be sure to take your dinner there. Food, atmosphere and the service was fantastic. ”
“A great place to relax. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The location is tranquil but with lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and riding in the surrounding nature reserve and it's just a short drive to nearby beaches. Dine on fresh local delicacies in the restaurant in the evening. Watch out for the peacock parading around the pool and don't forget to visit the amazing dovecote.”

“Nicely thought out split-level rooms in a very beautiful old farmstead. Wonderful location for gentle hikes through the surrounding pine forests and along the coast (although sadly the ferocious levante wind made this impossible when we visited). Area also good for birdwatchers. Their huge dovecote (Palomar) has to be seen to be believed - it's worth a visit just for that, even if you just drive there, see it and have a drink.”
