The location is great - in the center, but at the street that is far from center's noise, there is a beach across the street (take the steps down towards the sea, pass Kas Kultur Evi and down there will be 2 nice beaches - be aware it is a platform type, not the traditional beach); The staff of the hotel was great as always, they couldn't be more helpful, welcoming and smiling.
