“Rose at the Front Desk was very welcoming and pleasant. She also called a few minutes after our arrival to make sure that we were comfortable and everything was acceptable. that was very refreshing. The breakfast was also delicious and the gentleman that was working the shift made sure everything was freshly prepared for the guest and was very vigilant in his task. (when he heard someone had dropped a serving utensil he was promptly out of the kitchen are to change out the severing piece to make sure it was not returned to the table.) Also, the front desk staff members were all smiles each time we passed by.”
