“Mainly location. We stayed there last year. That being said, we were not informed of a rather major and inconvenient detour before arrival which probably wouldn't've changed our plans but would have been helpful to know. Also requested rear facing room and staff did not know that meant an odd number as evidenced by giving an even that faced front. Again, not a game changer but just showed lack of awareness. We were accommodated but it took two trips to the front desk.”
