“The staff were simply wonderful. Really friendly, efficient and attentive. We were lucky to be upgraded to the Gold floor and it was the epitome of design and luxury. I could write an essay on the shower alone ! The 7th floor lounge for club and gold rooms is spacious, with great hospitality such as afternoon tea, happy hour and desserts late at night. Breakfast was healthy, varied and all tasty. Overall a very light, airy, spacious, luxurious yet very friendly hotel. I will definitely stay there again.”

“Great hotel in a good location, a little out of town but we preferred that and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, so lovely. Rooms were nicely appointed and we were lucky to have a room facing the Grand Mosque, which provided a wonderful view especially when lit up at night. Beds were comfy & rooms a good size. The guys who work the pool area, bar and restaurant were brilliant & the swim up bar great fun. If you walk along the waterfront to the 'mall' area there were a number of coffee places and slightly cheaper restaurants, we didn't bother with the very expensive breakfast, didn't think it worth the price!”

“The Valet guys were cool and we didn't spend more than a minute to get it done. Check in was smooth and done in about 10-15 minutes or so. Although we asked for connecting rooms with sea view, we did not get, but we did get rooms in the same floor 520 & 524. Rooms were well kept and good ambience, toilet and baths were super clean. Dinner & Breakfast came with the package so it was economical for us. The pool was very busy during the noon so we decide to hit the pool by 05:00 PM or so when it was almost empty. Nice pol and pool bar, also a jaccuzzi near by which can accomodate about 10 people or so. There was an Indian trrop concert that night so we enoyed watching it from the Shisha bar till late night.”
