“The room was lovely and very comfortable and breakfast was also nice. The view from my room was magnificent. I was on the 57th floor. The Manager of the hotel greeted me and introduced himself which was a nice touch and he waited for my omelette which was being made and brought it to my table himself. Very nice personal touch by Management which makes guests feel special.”
