“Girl (maybe manager) at reception unfriendly and lazy. Stayed a few times here before. Worst stay so far. Wedding reception the next day so we were treated as a nuisance.Hotel needs repairing in many places. Not sure I would stay again after this trip. Lots more effort needed by some people at the hotel. The booking.com offer of staying later Ref check out they said no. I asked through booking.com for this early check in and check out.....no answer . At reception the lazy manager? said no to both as they were getting ready for a wedding.What is the point of extra benefits for booking.com clients who have earned special priveliges if not given?”
