“What I loved most was the staff. They are very helpful and would even go out of their way to help you to make our stay as comfortable as it can be. They even helped us check in earlier because our flight was early in the morning and offered us breakfast. The breakfast and the view at the 9th floor is very enchanting as you see the birds flying and walking next to you.”

“Thanks to Feronya hotel for allocating their room for disabled access to us. My mother is wheelchair bound and the room on the second floor next to the elevator with all the facilities nedeed for disabled met our expectations. The only problem was with extra bad which for 3rd guest which is not comfortable and with breakfast area on the 7th floor. We booked hotel with breakfast but could not enjoy it because the area was not disabled accesable.”

“We selected this hotel based on the category of 4 stars hotel, but unfortunately as per my experience I wouldnt give it even a single star!! They have poor service comparing to the cost, no kettles in the room, the towels was not cleane at all,the toilet door has no lock , the blanket was so old and worn!! It was very bad experience.”
