“I was in town for 3 days and the hotel only had the first night available. (All hotels in the area were sold out). The front desk staff was very aware of my situation and by 7:30 the next morning they had received a room reservation cancellation and gave it to me. They were excellent; serious 5-star service the entire time I was there. The room was great and it was very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was worth the extra money. Very fresh food and plenty of it. I did not have a chance to enjoy other amenities, but would definitely stay here again.”
