“A very charming old 17th century place. We had never stepped inside a building of that age so we were a bit in awe to begin with! Our room was gorgeous, the bed was so very comfortable, and they provided us with the biggest fluffiest white towels we have had since we started travelling around 3 weeks ago. Aysgarth is a tiny wee town, but it's right in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales and, if gob-smacking gorgeousness is what you are looking for you can't go past the Dales. And Dales folk are the friendliest most helpful lot you could ever meet.”
