“A very comfortable 2 night stay. Once you've found the car park it's excellent; we checked in first and then parked the car, which was easy! Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist wherever possible. We dined one night and the food was wonderful at a reasonable price; likewise, breakfast was Good. We will return!”

“Apart from the annonyances below this is a great modern, clean and comfortable hotel at a great price. Location just a short walk to the action is great. Large supermarket in the basement of the building.”

, Australia

“The beds are very comfy, we were pleased to be able to have a bath rather than just a shower. The 3 course dinner at 11.50 euros per person was very good value. The location of the hotel is perfect en route from Santander to our Algarve home.”

, United Kingdom

“Spacious room and bath. Quality restaurant, menue of the day. Buffet breakfast. Walking distance to the old town.”

, Finland

“The size of the room and its facilities were excellent. The staff was helpful and charming. The location was very convenient. I would, therefore, be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay there again. Further, our three-day stay at the hotel was very cheap, especially in comparison with Madrid hotels.”

, United Kingdom

“An interesting mediaeval village. The bonus is the experience of hearing the Gregorian chants of the mostly elderly monks from the monastery and the cloisters. Nearby Covcarrubias also delightful. ,”
