- The M.S. Garden Hotel Kuantan will have a series of upgrading of facilities in stages, with the hotel main lobby including The Angelo’s and The Zone outlets being the first phase of this progressive upgrading work.<br><br>Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for renovation works from 27 March 2017 until 30 April 2017.<br><br>The hotel will remain open and construction noise will be expected while it undergoes upgrading facilities until further notice.<br><br>The hotel apologises for any inconvenience during the renovation period. Guests with any concerns should contact the hotel directly. Hotel's contact details can be found on your email booking confirmation.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

“We book for 3 rooms on 11nov17.staff during check in are very slow.there are 3 staffs there with only one customer and I have to que and wait for 15 minutes. No bell boy after finish check in.the counter staff ask me to left my things at the lobby and she will ask the bell boy to bring it upstairs. I waited for more than 30 minutes and have to call to check.but when call the staff at the counter seem dont know anything.we were rushing for movie with all my kids yet to change the diapers and clothes yet. We went back downstair at lobby and saw our bags are still there at the place where we left it. Room are dirty.its like the housekeeping did not vakum the carpet at all.the bed sheet in one of the room are torn..my room the door key broken. Toilet and rooms are smelly. Overall i dont think I would stay here anymore.this hotel should be rated as 2 or 3star hotel not 4 star.”
