“The rooms, floors and stairs were bright, freindly and clear. The guest manager helped us in many cases, bought railway tickets and organized special restaurant service. Breakfast (included in rate for double room) and dinner had great variety and were delicious. They provided breakfast to go because we had to checkout early for train. All employees were friendly, most of them English speaking. As family with one child we had to book 1 single and 1 twin room, they gave us upgrade of the single room, and the two rooms were near together, only 1 floor to go. Quiet by night and good overview of the city from the floors 20 and higher. We would enjoy to come again, one of the best hotels we had during 3 weeks travelling.”
