The garden is beautiful, the main hall is amazing, the room was spaceous and well equipmented, and the morning seaview is unforgetable. Soft towels, comfortable bed, everything what you need. Breakfast and dinner variety is 10/10, or more! Thank you for the gifts, and for you, so that fulfilled my personal request. /Sorry for my english :) / I will prefer H10 in the future.”
“The choice of pool areas and position and views were great. The rest of the hotel was dirty, very understaffed and the reception staff unhelpful to the point of rude. When I lodged a formal complaint with public relations a meeting was arranged with Lucia who was wonderful and listened to everything we had to say. Our final hotel bill was reduced by half and we were offered an A La Carte dining experience which met our expectations. Having said that we would have expected that level of service overall from a 5* hotel. This is not a 5* hotel more a 3*! The extra 2* are probably due to position, views and pool areas..”
