“Out of my 3 weeks of traveling through Japan and Hong Kong, I enjoyed my stay in Osaka the most. The staff were unbelievably friendly and kind. The location for me was smack bang in the center of everything. If you love your metal/rock, Shinsaibashi is the place to be and this is the Hotel to stay in too. Very clean and very comfortable too. Definitely making plans to come here again. Thanks. :)”
“- their coins washing machine and dryer (P/S: pls choose the 120 minute course wash plus dry services 3kgs, so that your cloths only can completely dry) - baggage weighting machine which located at the lobby - pillows! Which is memory pillow, its firm and won't caused you neckache - their friendly staff of course, always pass by they are with a smile and stand up! Good manners! - their bed, it's a very firm bed won't caused you backache. - their amenities, like shower gel and shampoo, can sense is a good brand, they even provide DHC face gel, cleaning oil, also they also provide hair band! For a 3 stars hotels, they provide like a 5 stars hotel amenities!”
