“Great bed. There was a mix up in the reservation thru a third party when we checked in. Wrong dates, so only the first day's King room was available. Crystal on the reservation desk was marvelous. She corrected the booking, upgraded us to a king suite that was available both nights, and was thoroughly professional. She's a keeper!”
