“The staff was very accommodating, honestlyly, my initial room smelled a bit Like mildew, but it was not a problem. I called the front desk immediately and told them of my problem. They quickly got me out of that room and put me in a new one which happened to be an upgrade from my king room, to a king suite. This all happened within 5 mins of addressing the issue. The property itself was extremely clean, nothing ever looked out of place. I loved the fact the pool was indoors, also very clean. Not to mention the hotel isn't in the middle of no where so if you didn't rent a car, there were so many things that were just a 10 min max, Uber/Lyft ride away (i.e. Food, shopping). Over all I was happy with my stay very relaxing.”
