“Employee at the front desk was extremely rude. Air conditioning didn’t work the second night. Guy at the front desk basically said it was my fault and he couldn’t reimburse me because I went through booking.com. Though I went through them with two other rooms. After pointing that out he he didn’t charge me for one of the rooms.”
