“Large rooms but not as nice as the Hilton in Grand Rapids”
“Just a small example. I went to reception and asked if breakfast was included in my room package. It was not they told me but they were happy to offer it anyway. I needed to stay here because my client lives close by and we were going out for dinner. Initially there were no rooms available. Later I managed to get a room but what I thought was quite a high price for a small town Hilton Garden Inn. But the service and overall quality of the facilities made me change my mind about the value for money.”
