The Owner should know the value of this person - even on Sunday when the breakfast room was packed, she managed to single handedly keep everything stocked !!!! This was probably the most impressive part of our stay. And the food, was very high quality - it was more like a restaurant than any hotel breakfast I've ever experienced. A ++++++”

“The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful and professional the entire week of our stay. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The free breakfast was plentiful and well-maintained, with standard biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, eggs, make your own waffles, toast, muffins. I really appreciated the healthy options of egg white and veggie omelets, turkey sausage, fresh fruit and assorted yogurts. The property was easy to get to from the airport, and located next to a large assortment of stores and restaurants, several of which delivered to the hotel (Jets pizza, Panera Bread, several Chinese restaurants). The hotel is also just off of Alpine Ave, so anything you could need is right there, yet the property is set back in a quieter area. This will be my go-to hotel when traveling to Grand Rapids.”
“When I arrived I realized I left one of my bags at home. The gentlemen working the front desk were very understanding and helpful, letting me know where the nearest malls/shopping were at and what toiletries they could provide. They were also cheerful with a great sense of humor! I was also impressed with the variety of food at breakfast. There was something for everyone and fresh items were constantly being brought out.”
