“The stay never happened and I have been threatened with all sorts of penalties as a result. Bottom line, our bank had placed a $200 limit on our debit cards because we were in CA, without our knowledge. That would not cover our multi-night stay. Motel would not change to one night. Then, after canceling 2 nights through you we went to an ATM and were able to get enough cash for one night. Motel fefused to accept cash. Ended up going to a different motel. Complete disaster.”
