“At first I was nervous about all the security but then I grew to really like the security I actually loved this hotel . The women who was the night auditor was freaking amazing and funny ! The staff was really friendly ... and omg! I called the front desk about the pool and the lady at the front desk had me cracking up .... this hotel is a Gem I would stay every time I go back simply because of the customer service. There was a Spanish lady at the front desk maybe a manager for some reason she was snobby and kinda rude ! I also was looking for juice and the lady from the restaurant came over and helped me look for it ! All”

“Bed was firm yet comfortable; Good for my back. They do have a shuttle to the airport -highly suggest you either Uber or use a complimentary shuttle because you WILL get lost at Atlanta International (Hartsfield/Jackson). Really close to airport, Spondivits Bar was OK, short walk from hotel and they serve food late (I was there at 11pm); packed house when I was there. Good jams, 90s music but the good kind lol. Everything else is closed by that time.”
