“Dirty towels. Checkin in procress was rushed by staff.”
“Easy access to parking, very comfortable bed, staff very pleasant customer oriented- when I came out at 3AM with severe pain in my hand from a fall elsewhere and asked about buying one 2capsulevpacket of Tylenol- he said its ok no charge, when my key card cancelled before I finished emptying room (before noon still) she quickly but safely restored it-( checked my name and room w me etc). The Lillies attached was great- very helpful to have a really nice place there and waitress delightful efficient though I et friends there only for drinks. The housekeeping staff left a bag with shampoo lotion and new towels on my door when I'd left the "shh" sign out all day- never had that service before very thoughtful. Location very close to Garden City which was where my destination was. Price w taxes was $100 less for the 2 nights then other places I checked out like LaQuinta yet still a quality place. Thanks”
