“Everything was perfect! This is absolutely the most wonderful hostal I've ever been!The owner is one of the nicest and most helpful persons I've ever met! And a great cook, too! We had a great dinner in the house with incredibly good meat! You should try this out! After the dinner the owner spent a lot of time with us, giving us tips for our travel and explaining us things about Chile. The room was very comfortable, clean and had the nicest shower I've ever tried! Puerto Octay is really small and sleepy, but worth a stay! If you travel here, stay at this house, you will never regret this choice! ”

“Room was clean and neat, and well equipped with a heater that was adequately warm throughout the night. The shower facilities were amazing with hot water and great shower head strength throughout (except do not have someone else turn on another shower or tap when you're showering, or the shower will turn cold for moment). Overall, great friendly hosts with a decent breakfast.”
“De tudo ! Estamos na estrada a três meses viajando pela América do Sul e o Hostal Triwe foi a melhor hospedagem de toda a viagem sem dúvidas ! Que lugar incrível, cheio de alegria e de energia boa ! Os proprietários Cláudia e Fernando são seres humanos maravilhosos, amigos, de um coração gigante e fazem de tudo para que se sinta em casa ! Camas maravilhosas, ducha super quente, TV com Sky, um super conforto ! O café da manhã é SENSACIONAL, com produtos totalmente caseiros. A Internet é muito boa (conseguimos assistir séries na NetFlix todos os dias). Viemos para ficar um dia, mas fomos tão recebidos, tudo foi tão agradável, com tanta paz o lugar e a cidadezinha prá lá de charmosa, que resolvemos ficar mais quatro dias. Os vulcões estão a apenas uma hora da pousada (dá para ver eles da janela). Puerto Octay é mil vezes mais charmoso que Puerto Varas.”
